How we produce: our editorial team picks topics from real reader questions and researches public sources. We use artificial intelligence tools to assist with drafting and structuring text — the same way a newsroom uses a spell checker, a stock image library or a spreadsheet.

Human review: no article goes live without passing automated editorial checks (language, topic fit, overstated claims, structure, accessibility and sensitive-content rules) and a review by a responsible editor before publication.

What we do not do: we do not invent professional credentials, we do not publish fake reviews or testimonials, we do not promise guaranteed results, and we do not replace advice from a qualified professional.

Dates: every article shows its publication date. When we substantially revise a piece, we update both the text and the date — we never change a date without changing the content.

Errors and corrections: if you find anything incorrect, write to [email protected]. We fix it and note the correction on the page itself.
